The company has 8 subsidiaries located around the world (Russia, USA, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Ukraine, The Netherlands, India and Bulgaria). The aim was to familiarize the employees, so the following steps have been accomplished:
- Concept, structure, design and features development of internal corporate social network. The upshot is closed to Facebook style but with relevant-to-job advantages: sending files through the network, assigning tasks, opening discussion, assesment system and so on.
- 10 years company anniversary celebration with almost all employees presence. The celebration was held on the territory of headquarter in Limassol, Cyprus with over than 300 attendees. Massive firework from the office roof (link to movie https://www.facebook.com/aleksey.kohanov/videos/838181676266782/?pnref=story), gala diner with actors performance (magician, dancers, singers, tricksters), concert with a celebrity, watersports and BBQ party were designed with the intention to ally everyone in order to let the work run in synergy.
Organizational part: development and printing of the anniversary booklet, event script writing and timing, top management congratulation speaches, dealing with facilities providers, souvenir production, branding and so on.
- D.U.N.S. number submition without having a formal representative in US (for IOS application development);
- English-Russian and Russian-English POS materials translation;
- Press release distribution (pre-submit preparation, linking, paid and free chanels distribution);
- 2 exhibitions and 1 trade fair organization on the turnkey basis. 1 local exhibition (iFXEXPO, Cyprus) and 1 exhibition was held in USA. The trade fair was located in Cyprus;
- Searching for the best price/quality Livechat option and contract conclusion;
- Creating two companies entries in Wikipedia (updating info, linking, article adaptation for Wiki requirements).
